How to Survive a Market Meltdown and Still Become a Data Center Success

As Digital Realty’s business has grown and evolved into an industry leader, the data center landscape has gone through dramatic ups and downs and, as a whole, looks very different today. Through both the dotcom bust of the early 2000’s and the global financial crisis of 2008, Digital Realty has remained strong by keeping an eye on the future and striving to deliver greater value by evolving their data centers to support a greater portion of a customer’s IT lifecycle. 

Today, data centers are fast growing and far-reaching in its social and economic implications. Hyperscalers are expanding at light speed, while edge players are also staying busy with expansions of their own in markets outside of traditional data center hotspots.
