We believe strong communities make strong businesses. That’s why we support local organisations, prioritise inclusive hiring, and empower our employees to get involved. In 2024, employees partnered with more than 25 global charitable organisations to make a local impact where we live and work.

Volunteering effort

Donate Your Workday to Your Community: We encourage our employees to participate in charitable activities. Eligible employees can take paid time off each year for the purpose of volunteering for eligible organisations.
Matching Gifts: We match employee and director donations to qualifying nonprofits. In 2024, we matched over $202,000 across more than 100 global organisations—doubling the impact of individual giving.

Build together

Our commitment to communities goes beyond philanthropy. During site development, we assess local impacts—like traffic, water demand, and environmental risks—and design to reduce them. Many projects also create local jobs, reuse brownfield sites, or ease pressure on public infrastructure.
