Giuliano joined Digital Realty in March 2020, through the combination with Interxion, where he was Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, with responsibility for Business Segments, Marketing, Product, and Market and Commercial Strategy.
In December 2020, he was named Executive Vice President for Strategy & Business Segments, a new global function to further develop and strengthen Digital Realty's customer-centric market strategy and support cross-functional initiatives to enable strategic customer relationships, market development, and product innovation efforts.
Giuliano has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including 17 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he held a broad range of positions in R&D, strategy, consulting, business development, and marketing. He also served four years at Cisco Systems as Global Vice President of Marketing for Data Centre & Cloud.
Giuliano holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bologna and an MBA from the London Business School. He has lived in five different countries, is currently based in London, and is both an U.S. and European Union citizen.
